Camping with The Produce Moms and Wada Farms!

The Produce Moms and Wada Farms teamed up to produce these super convenient little spuds!  We brought some along on our latest camping trip over fall break.  I just popped a few in the microwave of our camper and boom, easy baked potatoes!  My little one ate them plain with butter and then the rest of us topped them with all kinds of goodness and let them sit over the fire in a cast iron skillet.  Anyone that camps knows how important it is to have easy to make meals!  We will be bringing these on every camping trip now, it was so easy and SO delicious!
