Henry and Ruth’s First Day of School
It was a bitter sweet day, and one that we have been preparing for what seems like years! To Henry, it was pretty much just another day- I mean, he is a veteran second grader, no big deal. But Ruth, an incoming kidergartner, was a little bit nervous. Luckily both popped right out of bed in good moods, ate waffles, posed for some pictures and we were off! I included a little (very amateur) video from my cel via the link at the end- (note the difference between cell and camera). oh, Henry’s first day was actually yesterday, that’s why Ruth is not in uniform in a couple photos. So Henry had two days of photos- which is one of his worst nightmares and is apparent in one particular photo:) Happy first day of second grade and kindergarten to my oldest babies! George and I will miss you during the week- its a new era!
