The Produce Mom at the State Fair

If anybody knows me then they have probably heard of my cousin Lori Taylor.  She is quickly becoming a local celeb and I’m pretty sure it will go well beyond that in the next few years.  Not even a year ago, while working at Indianapolis Fruit Company, she became the “Produce Mom” and started a blog with Indy Fruit focusing on easy healthy eating.  Since then she has blown up!  She is always going to promotional events and I have no idea how many times she has been on local TV.  I can’t keep up, but needless to say, she is working hard and going places!  For this photo shoot we headed to the Indiana State Fair where Lori along with some other co-workers at Indianapolis Fruit handed out free packages samples of apples, snap peas and strawberries.  Lori also did a couple cooking demos.  People really enjoyed it and they also really enjoyed the free samples even though they weren’t fried on a stick!  So if you haven’t checked her out yet, here is a link to her Facebook page (where she does fun giveaways) and a link to her Blog.  Check them both out!  I’m very proud of my cousin, weeeeeeeee!
