Mother’s Day Mini Sessions- Saturday, April 21

Spring is here!  Which means Mother’s Day is just around the corner and what better way to celebrate such a special day than with the gift of memories.  These mini sessions are intended for mamas and their babes no matter how old!  If you want to bring mom and grandma, please do!  Generation shots are always amazing.  Or if you just want photos of your kids, then just bring the kiddos.  And if hubby feels photogenic that day bring him along too.  Don’t have kids?  Bring your siblings and mom.  Combos are endless!   This is first come first serve and they fill up fast so act quickly.  Here are the details:

Saturday, April 21st, 4-6:30 p.m.

Here’s is what you get:
-20 Minute session at The Indiana War Memorial downtown- (photos above are samples of the area)
-All images will be digitally enhanced to make everyone look fabulous
-15 or more high resolution images with print release on a disc within 2 weeks of the sessions,  just in time to give prints as gifts for Mother’s Day!
-Online Album (posted here) and blog post.  You will also receive a folder on your disc of all edited images sized for the web with logo for sharing on Facebook and other social sites.

Cost: $165 with $35 due upon booking to secure your spot.  The remainder will be due the day of the shoot.

What should I wear?:  Whatever you want!  The only thing that I tell people to avoid is all white, you might glow!  White with accents and prints works great.  But white linen suits from head to toe, not so much.  Be mindful of clashing with each other, if your mom is wearing stripes maybe you should avoid wearing your plaid suit.

What if it rains?: I have a back up!  It may not sound glamorous but the Government Center downtown is beautiful and has a huge covered area that is perfect.  So unless it is a monsoon, this should work. If it is monsoon weather, the sessions will be canceled and deposits returned.

Where do I park: The War Memorial has parking on all sides so you should be able to find a spot easily, all of which is meter parking.  The meters take cards or cash.

How do I find you?:  I will most likely be on the West or North side of the memorial, whichever has the most shade.  But do a quick loop around and you should see me.  I will also share my cell phone with all of you and if it does rain I will send a group text directing you to the new spot so I need your # too.

What if I am late?: Don’t be late!  Very very important!  If you are late it will have to cut into your own time in order to keep everyone on schedule.  Arriving 10-15 minutes early is a good thing.  And factor in downtown traffic, parking, and figuring out those funny meters.

How many people can I bring?:  I would like to keep this to your immediate family- kids, siblings, parents, grandparents.   Think about the type of shoot you want, maybe you want your 2 siblings and your mom, great.  But adding you, your 2 siblings, your kids, your 2 sibling’s kids, and so on, is not ideal.  Contact me if you have questions.  I am just trying to avoid getting the big group/extended family photos.
